- Payment Methods: All payments must be completed in accordance with mutual understanding at the time of fulfillment of your order.
- Custom Branding and Personalization
- Design Approval: For custom orders, you must approve all design proofs before production.
- Ownership of Designs: All designs and logos provided by you remain your property. We retain the right to use designs for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied.
- Shipping Policy Whistle Solutions LLP understands the value of timely shipping, especially for gifts. We process orders quickly and use only the best courier companies. Customers are expected to approve designs promptly. Tracking IDs are shared so customers can follow up with the courier. Any delays by the courier are beyond our responsibility, but we will assist where possible. Shipping timelines depend on the product and will be communicated to customers via email.
- Refunds Policy Since our products are personalized, we accept replacements and refunds only under specific conditions. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, we will offer a refund or replacement. A package opening video is required to process refund claims. Refunds will be processed promptly within the standard processing time of 7-10 Days.
- Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Limitation of Liability We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our products or services.
